I am trained and licensed Registered Dietitian specializing in plant-based diets, diabetes diet management, heart healthy eating, and other specialized diets. As a professional, my approach to helping clients achieve their goals is to promote a balanced and healthy life.
My counseling sessions are conducted with an open mind in order to help each one of clients sculpt the plan that’s right for them. Food is tied to many aspects of our lives and so food may not be all we talk during our sessions. It’s important, for me, to know you have a solid foundation to work off of so that when we are done meeting with each other, you have the necessary skills and knowledge to make healthy informed decisions about your diet and lifestyle. My philosophy is to provide you with sustainable ways to attain your health related goals and enjoy food as it should be.
